We want you to love your natural glow, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are gently used and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid sustainable shipping label will be emailed to you. Print it out and securely seal your products in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
